Antilles:
Créole language sites (teach yourself creole!).

• http://www.antilles-info-tourisme.com/guadeloupe/ : best site for tourist/ cultural information about the island (including history)
• http://www.france.diplomatie.fr/culture/france/biblio/folio/outremer/index.html : site devoted to 'outremer' writers. Useful, if rapid, overview, very much from a French perspective

Senegal:

• http://www.afric-network.fr/afric/senegal/senegal.html : quite useful for overview of history, but cultural information very sparse

Tunisia:
